  • 1 kg. tomatoes

  • 1 red capia pepper

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 medium onion

  • 6 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

  • 2 fingers missing olive oil from 1 glass of water

  • 3 cups of fine bulgur

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

  • Salt

  • Cumin

  • Black pepper

Directions

  • We cut the tomatoes and peppers in the normal cooking way and add a little salt in a deep window and cook on low heat.
  • After the tomatoes and peppers are cooked, add tomato paste and spices.
  • Then add the fine bulgur and cook it for 1 minute and then turn off the heat.
  • Add the finely chopped garlic on top, close the lid of the pot and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • On the other side, chop the onions and fry them in olive oil until they turn pink.
  • Put the rested meatballs on a large tray and knead by hand for 5 minutes, then put the fried onions with the oil on top and knead like this for 5 minutes.
