1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup flour
1 glass of water milk
Grated peel of half a lemon
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
1 cup cream
2 cups cranberries
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of sugar and whisk the rest with the eggs.
- Add the flour and vanilla and continue to whisk.
- Add the cream and milk and mix well.
- Grate the lemon zest with a fine grater and add to the mixture.
- Grease a 25 cm mold with butter and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Sprinkle the cranberries into the mold.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and let it spread.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
